Application Programmer; Zoho

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools based on business requirements.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Deluge scripts to create custom workflows, functions, and validations across Zoho platforms.
• Design and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party systems using REST APIs and connectors to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.
• Provide technical support and user training to ensure effective utilization of Zoho applications.
• Maintain data integrity, perform data migrations, and ensure accurate reporting within Zoho systems.
• Test workflows and applications, identify system issues, troubleshoot errors, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, Application Programmer, or in a similar role.

Hands‑on experience working within the Zoho ecosystem.

• Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting for workflows, custom functions, and validations.
• Experience integrating Zoho applications with third‑party systems using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP (preferred).
• Solid understanding of relational databases and query building.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
