Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join SYSMNT
. The role focuses on translating business requirements into efficient Odoo ERP solutions, working closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to deliver successful ERP implementations across multiple industries.

• Analyze business processes and convert requirements into Odoo functional solutions
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Prepare functional documents (BRD, SRS, workflows, and user stories)
• Support Odoo implementations, upgrades, and data migration activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations
• Conduct user training, UAT, and go-live support
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP
• Strong techno‑functional understanding of Odoo workflows
• Experience in ERP implementation projects end‑to‑end
• Solid knowledge of Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and HR processes
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Availability to work on‑site in Riyadh

• Odoo certification (Functional or Technical)
• Experience with Odoo.sh or on‑premise hosting
• Basic understanding of Python, Postgre
  
  SQL, or Linux
• Experience working with Saudi‑based clients
