The Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a training specialist to support operations training for the last mile vertical. The role’s overall responsibility is to boost employee competencies by developing and conducting effective training programs, thereby enhancing workplace performance in alignment with Amazon’s core values.

- Conducting Chime sessions and classroom training sessions for stakeholders.
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
- Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning as required.
- Maintain data and analysis through Excel reports to meet business requirements.
- Ensure completion of new‑hire training programs, coaching, and other performance‑improvement programs on time.
- Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and immediately address gaps.
- Identify and certify learning coaches.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Drive quality and learning metrics.
- Conduct Chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
- Track day‑to‑day business metrics and plan visits to mapped stations for metric improvement.
- Provide daily reporting and progress updates.
- Engage with mapped LA/LG teams for daily L&D activities.
- Travel required for up‑country station visits to improve operational performance.
About the team:
The Last Mile Training team handles training requirements for stations in terms of learning and quality metrics performance for assigned stations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced Excel skills and deep data‑analysis abilities for stakeholder communication.
- Stakeholder management experience.
