Job posting – Junior Data Engineer | Deraah Company. Deraah Company announces a vacancy for a Junior Data Engineer to join its data team at its headquarters in Riyadh. We are building an integrated data ecosystem on the Microsoft Azure platform serving over 900 branches across the Kingdom. • Develop and implement ETL/ELT data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using Azure Data Factory, dbt, and Apache Airflow.
• Build data models across Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Python code for data manipulation and integration.
• Contribute to Data Management & Governance projects, including data quality, metadata, and lineage.
• Support the development of Power BI reports and dashboards for decision-makers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of the Azure Data Platform.
• Interest in and basic understanding of Data Management concepts.
• Passion for learning and growth in a modern, cloud-based data environment.
