About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management & Governance professional to lead and integrate ITSM, GRC, Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) practices. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and high-quality service delivery across the enterprise.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Own and optimize ITIL-based processes:
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. - Drive continual service improvement (CSI) using KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs.
- Act as process owner for ITSM workflows and automation.
- Ensure alignment between IT services and business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT governance frameworks and policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Coordinate audits and manage remediation activities.
- Manage software lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Ensure license compliance and reduce audit risk.
- Optimize software spend through usage analysis and vendor negotiations.
- Maintain accurate software inventory and entitlement records.
- Oversee lifecycle management of hardware assets.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and asset tracking.
- Drive cost savings through asset reuse and lifecycle optimization.
- Ensure secure disposal and data sanitization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and deliver service experiences.
- Manage customer-facing service portals and workflows.
- Track customer satisfaction (CSAT) and implement service improvements.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM, GRC, SAM, or HAM roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with service management platforms (e.g., Service Now or similar).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), CISA, or ISO 27001
- Service Now certifications (ITSM, SAM, HAM, CSM)
- IT governance & risk management
- Process design and automation
- Data analysis and reporting
Must be Arabic speaker.
