• Support the implementation of factory strategic projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Collect and analyze operational data to provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reporting materials.
• Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related management disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or production operations support within the manufacturing industry; electronics background is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities; good command of written English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
