Information Technology Delivery Manager

Job Profile/Mission

Manage and deliver large, complex ERP engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions to help users

• Managing and executing digital solutions projects
  : dashboards, data analytics, system integration, and process automation initiatives
• Defining and tracking KPIs for dashboards, integration, and automation projects to ensure measurable impact
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation, IIoT)
• Coordinating system integration with Applications Manager for reliable data flow and seamless operations
• Working with Infrastructure & Operations Manager to maintain platform stability, performance, and secure access
• Driving end-user adoption and support for delivered solutions
• Executing process improvement initiatives through practical digital solutions
• Ensuring operational compliance and documentation for all delivered solutions
• Monitoring post-implementation performance and resolving issues with Applications and Infrastructure teams

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in project management and leadership roles
• Proven track record managing SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud projects with 2+ end-to-end implementations
• Strong expertise in business process improvement, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of SAP architecture, SAP BTP, and integration frameworks
• Leadership mindset focused on delivery excellence and transformation
