Digital Transformation Director

Virtu Cruit is supporting the pre-launch of a major automotive platform backed by a leading Saudi group. We are seeking a Digital Transformation Director to lead technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and platform scalability.

The Digital Transformation Director will oversee the implementation of enterprise technology systems, customer platforms, and innovation frameworks. The role is central to ensuring digital readiness at launch and scalability for future growth.

  Partner with operations and product teams to digitize workflows.
• Talent Leadership

  Build an IT/digital team capable of supporting a complex platform.

• 15+ years in IT/digital leadership roles.
• Experience leading digital transformation in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, ERP, and advanced mobility platforms.
• Exposure to automotive or marketplace platforms preferred.
