Lead – Smart City & City Security Operations

Role Focus: Central command, operational oversight, incident triage, and multi-system coordination.

• Maintain the end-to-end operational view across City Security and Smart City platforms.
• Lead incident and ticket triaging
  , prioritization, and escalation.
• Coordinate between Applications, Network, Infrastructure, and Security SMEs during incidents.
• Act as the single operational authority during complex or multi-system events.
• Ensure SLA adherence, handovers, and operational continuity in a 24×7 environment.

Applications SME – Smart City Platforms

Role Focus: Application lifecycle, integrations, and system-level issue resolution.

• Support and manage city-scale application platforms across security and smart services.
• Troubleshoot application-level incidents, performance issues, and integration failures.
• Work with vendors and internal teams on patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Ensure stability and availability of mission-critical applications.

Network SME – Smart City Connectivity

Role Focus: Network performance, availability, and resilience across city-wide systems.

• Design-level understanding and operational support of network architectures

• Manage and troubleshoot wireless, fibre, and IoT connectivity.
• Ensure low latency, high availability, and secure data transmission between systems.
• Support network-related incidents affecting video, analytics, and real-time systems.

Infrastructure SME – Active & Passive

Role Focus: Physical and logical infrastructure supporting Smart City operations.

• Ensure infrastructure resilience, redundancy, and uptime.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
