We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a complex program comprising multiple work streams. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across projects, effective governance, and successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards, while acting as a key liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

• Manage the overall program, including multiple work streams such as Technology and Advisory.
• Develop, maintain, and track the program roadmap and high-level schedules.
• Coordinate closely with Senior Project Managers to ensure alignment across all projects.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate interdependencies across work streams and integrated systems.
• Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and present regular program status reports to the PMC Director (or as assigned by the Client) and key stakeholders.
• Ensure governance standards, reporting structures, and delivery methodologies are consistently applied across the program.

• 10+ years of proven experience in project management within complex, multi-workstream environments.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience or strong understanding of Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Relevant project or program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are preferred.
