IT Project Manager

Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives, accountable for scope, timeline, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Plan, manage, and control day-to-day delivery of multiple digital initiatives.
• Own and maintain project plans, milestones, sprint schedules, baselines, and delivery forecasts.
• Monitor delivery performance and provide management-level dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
• Drive execution, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery of committed milestones.

• Lead delivery planning with Product Owners and Agile teams, ensuring sprint commitments are achievable and met.
• Ensure backlog readiness, prioritization alignment, and delivery predictability.
• Capture action items and ensure timely closure.
• Drive consistent adoption of Agile delivery practices and performance discipline across squads.

• Own compliance with PMO governance, stage gates, and approval processes.
• Own project documentation, change control, and impact assessments.

• Act as the single point of accountability for stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Arrange meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MoM), and track agreed actions.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating only when beyond approved authority.

• Ensure delivery quality, acceptance criteria fulfillment, and audit readiness.
• Verify that deliverables meet project standards before submission.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:
Agile certifications (SCRUM Master, Product Owner, or equivalent).

Experience
:

• 4–7 years of experience managing and delivering digital/IT projects end-to-end.
• Experience in delivery governance, risk management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
