, we are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Vendor Manager to manage vendor relationships, optimize procurement processes, and ensure high‑quality service delivery. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and partners. You will play a key role in contract management, performance monitoring, and cost optimization while ensuring vendors align with the company’s operational, technical, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for professionals with strong negotiation skills and experience working in software or technology‑driven environments.

• Manage end‑to‑end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewal processes.
• Negotiate contracts, service‑level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to ensure value and quality.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, IT, finance, and legal) to align vendor services with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement within vendor operations.
• Maintain accurate vendor documentation, contracts, and reporting.
• Support sourcing activities and vendor selection for new technologies or services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field

• 4–7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relationship management.
• Experience working with software, IT, or technology vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance management frameworks.
• Proficiency in ERP or vendor management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is a plus.
