To provide strategic leadership for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that enable business transformation, operational efficiency, and digital innovation. The role is responsible for translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions, overseeing solution architecture and delivery, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.

• Define and lead the technology solutions strategy in alignment with organizational business objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise systems, applications, and digital platforms across the organization.
• Translate business requirements into integrated, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
• Provide leadership and direction to solution architects, development teams, and technology partners.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
• Oversee the full solution lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors, system integrators, and solution providers.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies to improve service delivery, automation, and customer experience.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure solution effectiveness, value realization, and ROI.
• Partner with senior leadership, business owners, and IT functions to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar position.
