Role Summary
Specialist focused on deployment, configuration, and optimization of printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure standalone and network printers
- Configure print drivers and queues
- Integrate printers with network infrastructure
- Test printing, scanning, and security features
- Troubleshoot printer performance and connectivity
- Provide printer documentation and user guidance
- Experience with enterprise printers (HP, Canon, Ricoh, etc.)
- Knowledge of network printing protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in multi-site rollouts preferred
