Senior Product Manager

Platform & Builder Experience

• Own the end-to-end product vision agent building platform
  , spanning:
• Workflow orchestration (deterministic + non-deterministic)
• SLA, forms, notifications, permissions, and configuration layers if required
• Lead the transition from manual configuration to natural-language-driven agent design
  , while ensuring determinism, auditability, and enterprise safety
• Define abstractions and primitives that allow agents to be built consistently across domains (HR, Finance, Procurement, ITSM, etc.)
• Ensure builder experiences are usable by:
• Internal HUMAIN product managers
• Partner product teams.

• Own the Agent Marketplace product:
• Agent publishing lifecycle
• Versioning, updates, and deprecation
• Tenant-level enablement and controls
• Design and implement marketplace gating mechanisms
  , including:
• Quality standards
• Security and compliance requirements
• Performance and reliability benchmarks
• Work closely with the central Partnerships team to define:
• Partner selection criteria
• Technical and commercial onboarding flows
• Joint GTM and co-development models
• Engage directly with startups and technology partners building, acting as a product counterpart and platform evangelist.

• Lead enhancements to platform-level business support systems
  , including:
• Billing and metering
• Pricing models (usage-based, subscription, bundled)
• Product and agent bundling
• Ensure commercial logic is deeply integrated into agent lifecycle and marketplace workflows
• Partner with finance and commercial teams to align platform capabilities with revenue strategy.
• Translate platform vision into clear PRDs, system designs, and execution plans
• Work closely with engineering, design, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and secure platform capabilities
• Balance flexibility for innovation with governance required for enterprise and government customers
• Continuously identify friction points in the platform and propose architectural or experience-level improvements.

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to platform products
  , developer tools, or enterprise systems
• Proven experience building configurable platforms (e.g., ERP, workflow engines, low-code/no-code tools, marketplaces, or AI platforms)
• Strong understanding of:
• Workflow orchestration (BPMN or equivalent)
• Rules engines and non-deterministic AI systems
• Builder and configuration UX patterns
• Demonstrated ability to design developer and partner experiences
  , not just end-user features
• Experience working with or building marketplaces
  , ecosystems, or extensible platforms
• Ability to think systemically about governance, quality control, and scalability
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, schemas, orchestration layers, and agent architectures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, partnerships, and commercial teams
• Experience engaging directly with external partners or startups is a strong plus
• Arabic fluency is a plus but not required.
