We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to establish, maintain, and optimize data governance frameworks across the organization. The role requires strong knowledge of governance standards, regulatory compliance, and a strategic approach to managing enterprise data.

You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance, while enabling the organization to leverage data as a strategic asset across multiple departments and markets.

• Implement and maintain robust data governance frameworks aligned with DAMA principles

• Ensure compliance with NDMO and SADAIA regulations and guidelines.
• Support metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloging initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed governance practices into daily workflows.
• Monitor data quality, security, and compliance across systems.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting for governance KPIs.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on data governance best practices.
• Continuously improve governance processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the DAMA framework.
• Hands‑on experience with NDMO & SADAIA regulations.
• Background in the retail industry (fashion & perfume) preferred.
• Proficiency in Cloud, Azure, Fabric, or D365 is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to provide actionable data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
