Service Management Specialist

Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Management Specialist to join a professional IT environment and support service management, change initiatives, and IT service lifecycle activities.

The Service Management Specialist will be responsible for managing IT service processes, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring smooth service design and transition in alignment with best practices and governance frameworks.

• Lead and IT Change Management processes, including tools and strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes across projects and initiatives
• Work hands‑on with Service Now and Manage Engine platforms
• Contribute to Service Design activities, including defining service standards, roles, responsibilities, protocols, and service levels
• Manage Service Transition activities, including change management, release management, knowledge management, and problem management
• Ensure IT services meet agreed quality, performance, and governance standards
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure service alignment with organizational needs

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or a related role
• Strong experience in IT Change Management
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now and/or Manage Engine
• Solid understanding of ITIL-based service lifecycle (Service Design & Service Transition)
• ITIL or COBIT certification is required
• Strong communication and coordination skills
