• Provide technical support to system users (Hardware & Software).
• Strong knowledge of networks and technical support.

• Support the company’s digital infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare periodic IT reports, highlighting system performance, issues, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet technology requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging IT tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure innovative solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact with external service providers, coordinating tasks and follow-ups.
• Purchase IT equipment and other company-related technical needs.
• Visit and coordinate with telecom service providers as required.
• Set up devices and access permissions for new employees, and manage offboarding employees, including removing access and backing up their devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical IT experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (essential).
