About Serva

Serva is a SaaS platform that simplifies end-to-end fleet management for car rental companies, chauffeur services, and fleet-heavy businesses.

We're looking for a Product Designer who can translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design scalable, user‑centered experiences across Serva's platform — from fleet management to bookings, drivers, and reporting.

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile SaaS products.
• Translate product requirements and business needs into wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to delivery.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex operational workflows.
• Maintain and evolve Serva's design system and UI consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
• Ensure designs align with product goals, technical constraints, and timelines.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer (SaaS experience is a strong plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution.
• Ability to design complex systems with clarity and simplicity.
• Experience working with product teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Arabic and English proficiency.

• Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and component‑based design.
• Experience in mobility, fleet management, logistics, or fintech products.
• Understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
