Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & BI Analyst to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle—from extracting data from disconnected sources such as Excel and local files, to building a centralized Postgre

SQL database and designing high-impact Power BI dashboards.

Your work will directly support sales and leadership teams in monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions.

• Consolidate data from multiple disparate sources (Excel, CSV, local databases, and web sources) into a structured Postgre
  
  SQL database.
• Data Cleaning & Preparation:
  Perform data profiling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports.
• BI Development:
  Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and reports. Focus on sales performance metrics and operational monitoring.
• Analysis & Insights:
  Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Automation:
  Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to reduce manual data handling and improve efficiency.

• Experience:
  
  2–4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
• Database Management:
  Strong proficiency in Postgre
  
  SQL, including complex queries, window functions, and relational schema management.
• Data Visualization:
  Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, and data modeling).
• Data Preparation:
  Strong Excel skills and experience working with unstructured or messy data.
• Communication:
  Ability to translate technical analysis into clear, meaningful insights for sales and management teams.

• Data Governance:
  Familiarity with data governance frameworks, including data privacy, security, and standardized definitions.
• Cloud Services:
  Experience with AWS services such as S3, RDS, or Glue.
• Programming:
  Basic knowledge of Python for automating repetitive data tasks.

• Extract: Pull data from local files, Excel sheets, and other sources.
• Centralize: Store, manage, and optimize data within Postgre
