SAP Functional Lead

Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SAP Functional Lead to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading functional aspects of SAP projects, ensuring effective delivery, and aligning business requirements with SAP solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance on best practices within various SAP modules.

• Lead functional requirements gatherings, analysis, and design in collaboration with business owners and project teams.
• Support the integration and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring business processes are effectively captured.
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP, or FI/CO).
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
• Analyze and diagnose issues to provide solutions and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and SAP standards in all functional deliverables.
• Mentor and coach consultant team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting with expertise in at least one SAP module.
• Proven experience in managing SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users and conducting workshops.
• SAP certification(s) relevant to the applied modules is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments under tight deadlines.
