We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite / on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide experience and communication skills necessary for quality project management.
  • Prioritize incidents, service requests, and project tasks according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
  • Hands and feet support server andnetworkfaults
  • Configuring, troubleshooting, administrating, and repairingnetworkingequipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange server,s and Active Directory
  • Ability to configure, administer & implement : DNS, and DHCP Servers.
  • Good knowledge of domain migrations, consolidation projects, and migration tools
  • Experience in system recovery and restoration and backup products and solutions
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout variousnetworkfrastructure devices.
  • Implement and monitornetworksecurity solutions.
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests.
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Ensuring company safety and security standards are met.
  • Participate in after-hours / on-call rotation
Qualifications Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.

Familiarity with ticketing systems like Service Now, Zendesk, or JIRA.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred :

Experience with macOS or Linux environments.

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified :
Modern Desktop Administrator.

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF).

Working Conditions :

On-site support may be required.

Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs).

Flexible schedule or after-hours support may be needed during maintenance windows or emergencies.
