Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Ownership- Own and grow strategic enterprise and public sector accounts across MENA, serving as the primary trusted advisor for cybersecurity and IT digital transformation initiatives.
- Engage with CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT leaders to align technology investments with digital transformation, regulatory, and risk management objectives.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell of integrated security and IT operations solutions. Solution Consulting and Architecture
- Lead discovery and assessment engagements to evaluate current security and IT operations maturity, identify gaps, and define target IT architectures.
- Design end-to-end architectures spanning IAM, AD security, PAM, SIEM, SOC workflows, ITSM, ITOM, endpoint management, monitoring, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Define implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to business outcomes such as MTTR reduction, SLA adherence, audit readiness, and risk reduction.
- Conduct executive business reviews, roadmap workshops, and QBRs with customers and partners.
- Present value realization using operational and security metrics, and guide next-phase investment decisions.
- Participate in steering committees and executive workshops to support large-scale transformation programs.
- Partner and Ecosystem Enablement
- Build and enable partner ecosystems across regions through structured workshops, technical enablement programs, webinars, and hands on labs.
- Support partners in complex enterprise pursuits including RFPs, RFIs, PoCs, and solution positioning.
- Standardize best practices, playbooks, and collateral to improve partner self-sufficiency and delivery quality.
- Contribute to regional portfolio management and go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT operations offerings.
- Act as a bridge between field, product management, and engineering by channeling customer feedback into product direction, especially around security, high availability, and integrations.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader in enterprise security and IT operations discussions within the region.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, account managers, and interns on consulting methodology, solution positioning, and regional nuances.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development to build a scalable and high-performing regional practice.
- Develop training materials, runbooks, and knowledge assets to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
- 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity, IT operations, ITSM and UEMS across enterprise and public sector environments.
- Direct hands on experience with Manage Engine solutions or with similar platforms such as Service Now, Jira(Atlassian), Zendesk, Splunk, QRadar, Datadog, Solarwinds.
- Demostrated 5 years of experience minimum with vendor or local system integrators. Vendors - Service Now, Jira(Atlassian), Zendesk, Splunk, QRadar, Datadog, Solarwinds. SI’s – Alphadata, MDS, SMB, Ejadah or similar companies.
- Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in IAM, AD security, PAM, SIEM, log management, audit and compliance.
- Solid experience high availability / hybrid cloud designs.
- Proven track record in strategic account management, solution consulting, and executive-level engagement.
- Experience working across MENA markets, with strong understanding of regional regulatory and operational requirements.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and outcomes.
- CISP and ITIL certified.
- Ability to build, train, and lead a high-performing team across the MENA region.
