Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide reliable Level 1 IT support and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, and elevate unresolved incidents when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, IP phones, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
- Ensure proper cable management and readiness of meeting room IT equipment and TV displays.
- Manage IT assets and inventory, including tracking, labeling, documentation, and storeroom organization.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices and collecting IT assets.
- Log and document all incidents, service requests, and asset changes, and assist with periodic reporting.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones).
- Strong organizational skills with experience in IT asset management.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
