Data Scientist

Müller's Solutions is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will leverage your analytical and programming skills to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop predictive models, enhance data-driven strategies, and optimize processes using cutting-edge data science techniques.

• Analyze vast amounts of structured and unstructured data to derive insights and generate actionable recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models to address specific business needs.
• Work alongside stakeholders to define project objectives and translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Conduct experiments and validate analytical models using appropriate methodologies.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate technical findings and results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to data governance principles.
• Mentor junior data analysts and provide guidance on data science best practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with demonstrated experience in data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for developing clear and actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, modeling techniques, and their practical applications.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
