Administrator, IT MM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our manufacturing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the SAP Materials Management (MM) module and related procurement systems. Ensure smooth system operation, handle user requests, and support business functions through configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement

• Administers and supports SAP MM module and related procurement functions.
• Handles user access, data accuracy, and transaction monitoring within the system.
• Assists in system configuration, testing, and documentation of changes.
• Coordinates with IT and procurement teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
• Supports purchase requisition and purchase order workflows.
• Generates reports and ensures data integrity across materials and vendor master data.
• Provides training and guidance to end users.
• Ensures compliance with company IT policies and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• SAP MM certification preferred

• 2–4 years of experience in SAP MM administration or support

• Knowledge of SAP MM processes and integration points
