Technical Lead - WasteTech SaaS Platform

Flat Gigs is hiring a Technical Lead (Full Stack Engineer) for a client developing a next-gen waste management SaaS platform designed to streamline operations, manage assets, and enable real-time data collection.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on end-to-end product development
, architecture design, and scalable platform execution. You’ll work closely with the founding team, driving key technical decisions and ensuring delivery excellence from MVP to scale.

• Lead end-to-end product development, from MVP through iterative growth.
• Design and architect a scalable SaaS platform with strong backend and frontend foundations.
• Oversee technical implementation, quality control, and release cycles.
• Integrate IoT devices for real-time data collection and processing.
• Ensure high standards for security, compliance, and platform performance.
• Collaborate on product vision, user feedback, and technology innovation.

• Frontend: Proficient in React, Angular, or Vue.js; strong UI/UX sensibility.
• Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Java, or Python with microservices-based API design.
