Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Service Now applications and modules.
- Develop custom workflows and business rules within the Service Now platform.
- Integrate Service Now with other applications and third‑party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure platform integrity by performing regular maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide support and training to end‑users and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Now Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience with Service Now Studio, Application Engine, and Workflow editor.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience with Service Portal, Performance Analytics, or Reporting.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Understanding of development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
