As a Proactive Monitoring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying potential issues, and taking proactive measures to mitigate any risks. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of our clients' IT systems.

• Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems and infrastructure using monitoring tools and techniques
• Analyze system logs and alerts to identify potential issues and vulnerabilities
• Take proactive measures to ensure system performance, availability, and security
• Create and maintain documentation for monitoring procedures and processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Recommend and implement improvements to monitoring tools and processes for continuous enhancement
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in proactive monitoring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Proactive Monitoring Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Solar Winds
• Experience in analyzing system logs and alerts to identify potential issues
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Power Shell or Python
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking principles
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
