Our client is seeking an experienced L3 Data Classification Engineer to own and mature their enterprise data classification program using Fortra Titus
. This role combines architecture, engineering, integration, and operational leadership across data protection technologies. You will be the subject‑matter expert for classification, ensuring accurate labeling, strong downstream DLP/DRM enforcement, and compliance with national cybersecurity frameworks.

• Design, maintain, and optimize the enterprise data classification taxonomy.
• Build and publish Titus configurations, label sets, and enforcement rules.
• Implement user‑driven and automatic classification across Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ensure consistent metadata for downstream security controls.
• Integrate Titus metadata with DLP platforms (e.g., Forcepoint) to improve detection accuracy.
• Coordinate classification‑driven protection flows with DRM solutions (e.g., Seclore).
• Ensure classification and enforcement events are onboarded to SIEM platforms.
• Manage configuration lifecycle, versioning, testing, and production rollout under ITIL change processes.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and evidence documentation for audits.
• Monitor agent/add‑in coverage and classification adoption across endpoints.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents related to classification, mislabeling, or enforcement issues.
• Prepare evidence and documentation aligned to national cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., SAMA CSF, NCA ECC).
• Support internal and external audits for data security controls.
• Run awareness campaigns and provide enablement for L2 engineers, service desk teams, and business users.
• Drive continuous improvement in labeling accuracy and user adoption.

• 7+ years of experience in data protection or information security.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Fortra Titus Data Classification Suite at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience integrating Titus with DLP and DRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and security operations.
• Experience working in regulated environments with ITIL processes.
• Preferred certifications such as Fortra/Titus Administrator, Forcepoint DLP, Seclore, ITIL Foundation, CISSP or CISM (preferred).
