We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team in Riyadh for a full‑time on‑site role. The successful candidate will oversee the lifecycle of financial technology products, from conceptualization and strategy development to implementation and delivery. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the alignment of products with business objectives.
The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritize features, and drive product innovation.

- Own and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into clear technical product specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams on system architecture, APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud‑based platforms.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, Dev Ops, and Architecture teams to ensure high‑quality product delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Engage and manage Arabic‑speaking stakeholders, including business users, leadership, and external partners.
- Ensure products comply with Fin Tech regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Track product KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to drive data‑driven decisions.
- Support go‑to‑market activities, product launches, and post‑release enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity at all stages.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner.
- Mandatory Fin Tech experience in areas such as digital banking, payments, wallets, lending, or financial platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Fin Tech security and compliance standards (PCI‑DSS, KYC, AML, data privacy, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working with product‑based Fin Tech companies.
- Exposure to mobile‑first or API‑driven platforms.
- Experience in Saudi or GCC financial services market.
- Product or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.).
