We are currently seeking experienced Enterprise Architects and Application Architects to support the establishment and operation of an Enterprise Architecture Office (EAO) within a large, complex organization.

This role focuses on defining enterprise-wide architecture standards, aligning business and IT strategies, and supporting digital transformation initiatives in line with national and enterprise frameworks.

• Analyze the current enterprise and application landscape and define target future-state architectures
• Develop and govern enterprise and application architecture standards, principles, and guidelines
• Align architecture decisions with business strategy, digital transformation goals, and operating models
• Design application architecture standards covering lifecycle management, integration, deployment, and decommissioning
• Define interoperability standards, APIs, middleware, and integration patterns
• Support architecture governance, reviews, and compliance across projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, and security teams to ensure holistic enterprise alignment
• Contribute to architecture roadmaps, gap analysis, and transformation planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Application Architecture
• Strong experience in enterprise and application architecture frameworks, standards, and governance
• Deep knowledge of application lifecycle management
  , cloud and on-prem environments
• Solid understanding of integration, APIs, middleware, and interoperability standards
• Experience working within large-scale or government enterprise environments
• Familiarity with national frameworks and standards (e.g., NORA, NDMO, DGA) is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
