We seek a Subject Matter Expert, Cloud, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

This role is responsible for leading cloud architecture strategy across the organisation. The architect designs multi cloud and GCP centred solutions, drives automation and Dev Ops practices, and ensures cloud security, reliability, and cost effectiveness. The role requires broad architectural understanding across multiple disciplines alongside deep expertise in cloud technologies.

• Define multi cloud architecture strategy aligned with business goals
• Design scalable and reliable cloud solutions across GCP and other platforms
• Lead cloud infrastructure design and cost optimisation
• Define Dev Ops practices, CI and CD pipelines, and automation methodology
• Architect API gateway infrastructure using Apigee
• Design CDN and edge strategies using Cloudflare
• Define containerisation and orchestration strategies
• Establish Infrastructure as Code standards
• Define observability practices including logging and monitoring
• Ensure cloud security, governance, and compliance
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity approaches
• Define shared cloud services and platform components
• Lead cloud modernisation and technical debt reduction
• Mentor teams in cloud engineering and best practice
• Evaluate cloud services and emerging technologies
• Produce and maintain cloud architecture documentation
• Present cloud architecture decisions to senior stakeholders

• Improved scalability, reliability, and security of cloud platforms
• Reduced cloud spend through optimisation and governance
• Mature Dev Ops and automation practices across teams

• Facilitate multi team architecture and platform design workshops

• Produce high quality diagrams, documentation, and models
