Job Overview

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent digital interfaces that enhance usability and deliver seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on creating user-centered solutions that align with national standards and support scalable government digital services.

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure all designs comply with national usability, accessibility, and digital experience standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high‑quality implementation of design specifications.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a scalable and consistent design system across government services.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user experience.
• Align design solutions with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design practices.
• Solid understanding of user journeys, service design, and digital experiences within government or public‑sector environments.
• Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive digital services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
