Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and services. You will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to produce user-friendly content that simplifies complex information for various audiences.

• Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including:
  • User manuals
  • API documentation
  • Online help guides
  • System operation instructions
  • Installation guides
• Work with internal teams to understand product requirements and translate them into documentation.
• Organize and write supporting content for software development, engineering, or IT systems.
• Edit and standardize materials prepared by other team members to ensure consistent tone and style.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve content quality and usability.
• Maintain version control and documentation history using tools like Git or Confluence.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Mad Cap Flare, Confluence, Git, or Adobe Frame Maker).
• Familiarity with HTML, Markdown, or XML is a plus.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a bonus.

• Experience writing for a developer audience (e.g., API or SDK documentation).
• Knowledge of content management systems and version control practices.
• Ability to create visuals or diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma.
