UI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Out Systems platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers within Out Systems projects to translate wireframes into polished UI designs.
• Ensure consistency in design across Out Systems platforms and applications to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to Out Systems to enhance design skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Out Systems design systems, UI kits, and style guides to streamline design workflows.
• Iterate on UI designs based on Out Systems-specific feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications and UI patterns, tailored for Out Systems projects.
• Manage multiple UI design projects concurrently within the Out Systems platform, adhering to project timelines and milestones.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the Out Systems design team to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years' experience as a BA, including 2+ years in agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Aptitude for multi-tasking and adapting to change
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
