Oracle EPM Senior Consultant

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant to join our IT team. This role is responsible for leading full‑cycle implementation, ongoing support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate combines functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud with deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS), including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go‑live.
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to capture, validate, and implement requirements.
• Configure and manage Oracle EPM applications (Planning, Financial Consolidation, Reporting) to meet business needs.
• Design and deploy request workflows, validations, subscriptions, and data synchronization mappings.
• Ensure seamless data integration using tools like Data Management, Data Integration, and FDMEE.
• Provide ongoing support and system enhancements.
• Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
• Support testing cycles, change control, and post‑go‑live operations.
• Advise on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new EDMCS features.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Align implementations with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
• Hands‑on expertise in EPM Cloud functionality (forms, business rules, calculation scripts, EPM Automate).
• Experience in data integration and migration.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
• Proven track record of 2–3 end‑to‑end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
