Are you passionate about Product design, User experience with a strong eye for creative excellence?

We're looking for a talented Product Design Manager to join our dynamic creative team. In this role you will lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) across guest and staff‑facing digital products and platforms.

From exceptional design skills, creative problem‑solving, and a great sense of aesthetics, your work will play a vital role in shaping how users interact with our brand.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to create impactful, user‑centered experiences that delight our Guests and boost engagement across every touchpoint—web, mobile, and conversational platforms.

You will lead end‑to‑end product design by crafting personas, storyboards, and prototypes that bring our digital vision to life—making every interaction seamless, intuitive, and unforgettable.

Collaborative by nature, you will work across Digital, Commercial, Data, Operations and Guest Experience to develop compelling business cases that inform and support digital product enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring clarity, consistency and creativity to every stage of the user journey, transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that make a lasting impression.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in a customer‑centric ‘agile’ organisation, including 4+ years in a management/product lead role.

You will naturally demonstrate experience in a design and product development landscape, including prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite and Abstract.
