The Role

Assist the division in developing business and facilitation of variety of business transactions with distribution channels.

  • Assists and serve brokers in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • Organizes & monitors sales & marketing activities as per instructions received from Broker Sales Manager.
  • Reports to the BSM as per the format agreed & in timely manner.
  • Builds & maintains excellent relationships with prospects/clients & the representatives of each channel.
  • Negotiates with brokers on developing different lines of business with respect to their portfolio.
  • Introduces new products to brokers.
  • Coordinate with brokers regarding collection and initiate regular reconciliation of accounts.
  • Follow up on brokers complaints with proper escalation when needed until finalized.
Technical - Functional Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Business Administration & Marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Insurance laws & know-how.
  • Good knowledge of Insurance products & developments.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experiences Required
