In-house counsel, Law​/Legal

We are seeking a mid-career In-House Legal Counsel (5-10 years PQE) to act as a trusted business partner, supporting a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple sectors.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (JV, shareholder agreements, NDAs, service contracts, procurement, etc.)
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements (including CMA, SAMA, and Ministry of Investment regulations where applicable)
• Support M&A transactions, due diligence, financing, and investment structuring
• Manage disputes, litigation, and engagement with external counsel
• Provide proactive legal guidance on employment, data protection, IP, and real estate matters
• Collaborate closely with business units to enable growth while mitigating legal risks

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a reputable university; admission to practice in a common law or civil law jurisdiction
• 5-10 years of post-qualification experience gained in a leading law firm and/or in-house role (corporate/commercial focus essential)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi corporate and commercial law; experience with Vision 2030-related reforms and foreign investment regulations is highly advantageous
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus)
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
