Opportunity for Senior Transactional Lawyer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A reputed firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior Transactional Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer with 8+ years of experience to join a leading entity in the Kingdom and work with a highly experienced legal team.

The successful candidate will have substantial commercial expertise and should be adept at handling diverse aspects of commercial transactions. As a Senior Transactional Lawyer, you will be responsible for creating transactional and other essential legal documentation while delivering prompt, comprehensive, and top-tier legal support to the business. Your key tasks will include negotiating, drafting, and providing expert legal guidance for various contracts, including Sale and Supply Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Letters of Interest, and Confidentiality Agreements.

You will also be entrusted with furnishing legal support in supply chain matters and beyond.

• Negotiate, draft, and provide expert legal guidance for various contracts, including Sale and Supply Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Letters of Interest, and Confidentiality Agreements
• Create transactional and other essential legal documentation
• Deliver prompt, comprehensive, and top-tier legal support to the business
• Furnish legal support in supply chain matters and beyond
• Provide effective legal advice and guidance on various legal matters

• Substantial commercial expertise
• Ability to handle diverse aspects of commercial transactions
• A background of working in Saudi Arabia/the wider Gulf region is not essential but would be highly regarded

This role offers a competitive salary of c 50-55,000 SAR per month + benefits + bonus.
