Vice President Supply Chain

Our client is a leading Holding Company with a strong reputation in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of VP Supply Chain, based at their head office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management and related competencies. Responsibilities include managing the supply chain function to ensure cost-effective services across all Business Units, driving continuous improvement, supporting business strategy, and managing inventory levels to meet targets. The role involves defining, developing, and implementing regional supply chain strategies, including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and strategic sourcing.

Leading and developing a team of professionals is also a key aspect of the role.

President and CEO

• Develop and implement effective supply chain and sourcing strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives, considering the operational needs of various SBUs.
• Establish and improve supply chain and procurement processes, coordinating with SBUs and ICT to ensure relevant information systems are implemented.
• Ensure quality checks across the Group against set standards, policies, and regulations.
• Support SBUs in demand planning and order quantity recommendations using analytical tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a group setting.
• Open to all nationalities.

• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

Salary ranges between 40,000 - 50,000 SAR per month ($130,000 - $150,000 USD annually), plus benefits, depending on experience and interview performance.
