Tanmiah Food Company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, product availability, cost optimization, and business continuity across our restaurant network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and operating models aligned with business objectives, restaurant operations, and expansion plans.
- Lead integrated demand, procurement, and replenishment planning in coordination with Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
- Oversee purchasing, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance.
- Manage inventory planning and control, ensuring stock accuracy, optimal inventory levels, shelf-life management, and minimal wastage.
- Oversee warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient restaurant deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain management, product traceability, import regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Ensure supply chain readiness for new restaurant openings, product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal demand.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, budgets, operational performance, and costs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Establish business continuity plans to mitigate supply disruptions, supplier risks, and operational challenges.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering accountability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure alignment with business priorities and operational requirements.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive supply chain experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in QSR, food service, food retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, cold chain management, ERP/WMS systems, and Saudi import regulations.
- Experience in GCC sourcing, customs, and multi-site operations is preferred.
