Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing coffee business selling across Saudi Arabia. The business is growing across modern trade, wholesale, discount shops, and e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. It needs a hands-on operator to run the flow from supplier to shelf. That covers imports, the third-party warehouse and local deliveries. You will work directly in the systems and with partners, not just oversee others.

This is a remote role.

What you’ll do
  • Raise and follow up purchase orders with local and international suppliers. Handle changes to quantities and packaging, and work within approval limits.
  • Plan supply against sales forecasts, and adjust as actual sales come in.
  • Manage import shipments end to end: freight forwarders, brokers, customs clearance, and documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates and Bayan.
  • Handle product registration and label requirements with the SFDA. Plan for other GCC markets (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) as the business expands.
  • Solve supply problems: delays, wrong quantities, damaged goods and invoice mismatches.
  • Warehouse and stock
  • Manage stock held with our third-party (3PL) warehouse partner. Check received goods against packing lists, and run regular stock counts.
  • Keep inventory records accurate across all locations, and flag slow-moving and low stock early.
Sales operations and delivery
  • Process orders from key accounts, modern trade, wholesalers and discount shops, from order approval to delivery.
  • Plan daily delivery routes and truck loads. Set realistic drop targets per truck, and coordinate drivers and transport partners.
  • Manage orders, delivery bookings and appointments on quick-commerce platforms such as Hunger Station Amazon, Noon, etc., including central warehouse and dark-store deliveries.
  • Act as the daily contact for key accounts on stock availability, delivery times and documents.
  • Support distributors in other GCC markets with orders and shipping documents as the business grows.
  • Prepare regular order, stock and sales reports for management.
What we’re looking for
  • 6–8 years in supply chain, procurement or sales operations, ideally in FMCG or food and beverage in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands‑on import and customs experience in KSA (brokers, Bayan, SABER, SFDA).
  • Direct experience managing Amazon Vendor Central or a similar retailer or quick-commerce platform (bookings, appointments, POs).
  • Experience working with a 3PL or outsourced warehouse.
  • Experience planning deliveries in a Saudi city, with key accounts, wholesale or discount channels.
  • Strong Excel skills. ERP experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English. Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setup, and to be available during Saudi working hours.
Nice to have
  • Experience with GCC distributors and registration in UAE, Kuwait or Qatar.
  • Experience in coffee, beverages or other consumer goods.
  • Experience launching a brand in a new market.
