** About The Team
** You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* ** Administrative Management System Development:
** Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the administrative management system, including policies, procedures, and operational mechanisms, to enhance standardization and operational effectiveness.
* ** Budget and Cost Management:
** Oversee administrative budget planning, execution, and cost analysis. Establish sustainable cost control and cost optimization mechanisms to improve resource allocation and return on investment.
* ** Fixed Asset Management:
** Establish a comprehensive fixed asset lifecycle management system, optimize asset allocation, utilization, and disposal, and improve asset efficiency and management effectiveness.
* ** Resource and Vendor Management:
** Oversee administrative resource allocation and vendor management, enhance service evaluation and cost control mechanisms, and improve service quality and resource utilization.
* ** Operational Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
** Establish administrative performance evaluation and risk management mechanisms. Leverage data analysis and process optimization to drive management improvements and establish sustainable operational practices.## 2.

Job Requirements

* Work Experience:

** At least 5 years of experience in administrative management or general operations, preferably with experience in administrative system development and administration in large enterprises.

** Proven ability to design administrative management systems, develop policies, and optimize processes, with the ability to establish sustainable management mechanisms.
