Manage the procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services for VIP, luxury hospitality, palace, and high-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Source and procure MEP materials, equipment, and services for VIP and luxury construction projects. Manage procurement activities for HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and BMS systems. Obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparisons, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and site personnel to ensure timely procurement. Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers, manufacturers, and specialized vendors. Support project teams in variation orders, value engineering proposals, and material alternatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in construction, MEP, engineering, luxury hospitality, or VIP projects is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
