Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the compound to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, preservation of assets, and delivery of high-quality services to residents and tenants, in line with Azure standards and policies.

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Receive and follow up on maintenance requests from management or residents and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all facilities and systems (elevators, electrical systems, HVAC, pumps, lighting, etc.) are fully operational.
• Coordinate with external contractors and monitor the quality of work performed.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, recurring issues, and asset conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials usage while controlling maintenance costs.
• Maintain service quality and support customer satisfaction within the compound.
• Recommend technical improvements and solutions to minimize breakdowns and enhance efficiency.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in residential or real estate compounds.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with teams, management, and residents.
