Planner​/Schedular

Responsibilities

• Insure received service requests are within Company scope and all related information is correctly reported in order to take the necessary action as required.
• Plan and schedule corrective maintenance work via CAFM with assigned disciplines including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, cleaning, pest control, waste management, electromechanical, specialized systems, Civil and landscape works.
• Plan the maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Plan resources, required labor hours, parts, consumables and special tools assigned.
• Schedule tasks to the relevant Work Group to carry out the work with the predefined timeframe.
• Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance control and operations teams.
• Follow‑up with technical and operation teams for pending and non‑completed works and assure alignment with SLA’s.
• Providing periodic reports as required.
• The employee is expected to be available and responsive to any requests or inquiries related to his/her area of expertise and should not refuse any mention or task related to his/her role and responsibilities.
