This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Supervisor located in Riyadh. The Installation Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, including coordinating and managing installation projects, conducting quality inspections, and leading a team of installation staff. The role will also involve troubleshooting and ensuring efficient execution of projects while maintaining safety and quality standards. Clear communication with team members and adherence to timelines and client expectations will be essential responsibilities.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and guide a team effectively
- Experience in Operations Management and Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize installation projects
- Knowledge of Electricity and technical aspects related to furniture installations
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in conducting inspections to ensure quality standards
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Riyadh
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings is a plus
- Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
