Senior Manager, Systems Engineering – Central Gulf (Saudi, Bahrain and Qatar)

Join Nutanix to lead a team of Presales Systems Engineers across the Central Gulf region. You will manage, coach, and develop the team to meet revenue targets and deliver customer success while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering partners.

The Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization comprises 800+ customer‑focused technical sales professionals who identify and match technology opportunities with customer business objectives, train channel partners, and act as subject matter experts for Nutanix.

• Provide active coaching and talent development for team members to meet sales targets and skill development goals.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and hire new SEs for the territory.
• Support SEs in drafting assessments, preparing complex product specifications, customizing solution installations, and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Provide cross‑functional escalation support to enhance customer/partner satisfaction.
• Maintain open communication with the sales organization to ensure collaboration.
• Assist staff in negotiating deals with end‑users and/or channel partners.
• Build relationships with technical leaders at customers and partners within the territory.
• Deliver roadmap and visionary presentations to technical audiences in the region.
• Act as player/coach in the technical sales cycle when needed.
• Manage team metrics, hire, develop, promote members, and conduct regular career conversations.

• 5+ years of management experience or equivalent.
• 10+ years in a presales, customer‑facing technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and success guiding teams.
• Excellent people‑management skills; empathy and focus on team morale.
• Technical expertise in virtualization, data center consolidation, or server technologies.
• Ability to assimilate new technologies and engage with C‑level and line‑management stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured thinker with excellent presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management skills, able to prioritize and execute detailed action plans.
• Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset; thrives in a high‑achieving sales team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
